    Description

    ESTATE LIQUIDATION - I inherited this collection of Native American pottery and rugs. I am not an expert in either category but will share any information that I have. Most pieces were purchased at auction in the 1990s in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Many items have original auction tags attached.
    Zapatec Blanket from Oaxaca Valley, Mexico by maker Gaspar Bautista. Pattern is "Diamantes con Patas Rojas" (Diamonds with red legs?) made with colorfast analine dyes. Weft is wool yarns. Original sale tag attached. Size is approx. 48" x 72" Selling well below market value in advance of cross country household move.
