Antique late 19th C. CHINESE Mandarin Hat Rank Button/Finial. Large EMERALD Peking Glass. Very good antique condition, measures just shy of 2" totally with the glass orb measuring 1-3/8" by 1-1/4" alone. Slightly oval in shape without cracks, chips or deep scratches. There is one ball missing (see pic) but it looks to be made that way. Metal mounts look as if they were silvered over a copper or bronze base as the flower on the very top has a great old patinated warm bronze color.
